The Laboratz team (contact: support@laboratz.com).
What we keep, and why
- Your Beta invite and the computers it was used on: stored as fingerprints (hashes), never your hardware's details. They control access.
- Your game progress and the history of how it changed: your rats, coins, duels (the moves of each duel, to check results) and gift codes. They keep the game fair and let us restore progress.
- Support tickets and reports you send: with the game's version and log when you agree.
What we do not keep
Passwords, payment details, your IP address (only a salted fingerprint, for abuse limits), tracking or advertising cookies (the site sets none).
Where
On Cloudflare's servers (our hosting). Later sign-in providers (Clerk, Google, Facebook, Steam) and our email sender (Resend) receive only what they need to sign you in or email you.
How long
While the Beta runs and your account exists; duel records 30 days; security events 30 days.
Your rights
Ask for a copy of your data or its deletion at support@laboratz.com; we answer within 30 days.
Age
The Beta is for players 13 and older (16 and older in the EU unless a parent agrees).
Changes
We post any change here.
